Scruffy is a small sized 18 month old Terrier mix with tiger pattern coat. He was dumped at the parking lot of Park2fly near the airport.
He had a very bad head wound, it was touch and go for a while but he recovered with no ill effects.
Scruffy is very playful, good with kids and other dogs. He has not been exposed to cats yet. He is very good on the lead and follows simple commands. He is not house trained as the foster home keep him outside most of the time.
