The story of Roumbi makes you sad and angry at the same time. Roumbi was handed over by her owner at the shelter because she said she could no longer take care of him. She had found him about 3 years ago, kept him and handed him off at the shelter. However, it turned out that she had not really cared about him before. Both eyes were clouded and the vet check of the eyes revealed that he can not see very well, the blood test revealed the reason of his poor state, Roumbi is leishmaniosis positive.
