The condition of them showed us that they had been wandering in this district for a very long time. Both were very dirty and full of fleas and ticks, but they were not emaciated. It seems they were able to find enough to eat (maybe from the garbage). When they were found they were very afraid of humans. They were rigid with fear as they were brought to the vet. Louise is the more frightened of both, but she doesn´t run away from us any more. At the moment she doesn´t come to the helpers by her own intention, but she can be caressed and enjoyed. She still needs some time to trust humans completely. She is very good with all other dogs in her kennel. Fortunately he was found there by volunteers and was brought to a shelter. Cyril has a very friendly character. We think that he once had a family. He is not afraid of humans and he is such a little sunshine. Why he were disposed of it is a mystery to us, because he is a dream of a dog. He is well with the other dogs in his kennel and he uses every opportunity to play with humans and loves to cuddle with us.
