Bert lived together with his mom and his siblings in a field near Nicosia. As all dogs should be poisoned there, they were brought to a shelter. As they were found they were still puppies. After 8 years, Bert is still in the shelter.

Because of lack of human contact all puppies were really shy. Bert had made the most progress of all and has become nearly a normal dog. Few weeks ago we tested him in a house and was really impressive. She shows us that he is housebroken, friendly to cats, he likes children and of course other dogs. He was calm in the house and also outside in the garden. Bert is good on the leash and can sit for a treat.

It is time for Bert to get to know a life outside of the shelter.
