Harper was exposed in a garden of a family and the family took him to the shelter.

Harper has a loving character, he is playful and loves contact with us humans. He has a lot of strength and he would like to a dog school. He is well with other dogs.

Unfortunately, he has only a half-banged tail, but for him it is ok.

Harper began to cough after a while, and assumed that he was suffering from kennel cough. The visit to the vet did not confirm this and further investigation revealed that Harper has a severe heart weakness that causes this cough.

Now he gets daily heart medicines and his cough gone. Unfortunately, we can not say how it will be in the future.
