Tomorrow on Wednesday 12th of July Gael will be allowed to leave the island and to fly off to his new forever home.
We wish our baby a smooth flight and landing and all the best for his new wonderful dog life!
Cindy was looking for a home, because the former family had to the leave the island and could not take her with them.
Cindy found a foster home in Germany and fortunately she found only a day later her forever home.
Cindy was very unhappy to be without her former family. She was always with them and missed them very much. It is not easy for these dogs to arrange with new situations, when they were happy until then.
Fortunately the new family gives her all the time she needs to get used with the new situation and slowly slowly Cindy shows her new family that she is there happy too. She is a quiet girl who knows how to behave.
We wish her all the best.
After a looong time of waiting Mitch has hit the jackpot and could find his forever home!

After six long years in the shelter Nora´s dreams come true. Yesterday, on Saturday 27th May, her foster daddy offered her a permanent foster care in his home.
Nora saw many dogs come and go. She is one of the dogs who love to be very close with humans and she enjoyed every contact and stroke like a sponge.
Nora is leishmaniasis positive and her chances to get adopted are very low. We are very very happy that Nora was now allowed to change the hard shelter floor to a soft own basket.

Everyone who has been in Cyprus in the summer months knows how unbearably hot it can be here on the island.
The dogs in the shelters are mostly drowsy in their kennels, they have no choice, they can not escape from the heat.
The team of our sister organization Zypernpfoten in Not had a fantastic idea. They wanted to give the dogs of two of our partner shelters at least a little cool down. They organized a call for donations for pool shells and got out a considerable amount of small pools for the kennels and run-outs.
In the name of the dogs: we would like to say a big thank you to the team in Germany!!!
