Shaggy was found at the beach by one of the shelter volunteers, when she walked her dogs.
There were no houses and no other people. By the look of Shaggy it was obvious that he must have been there for a while already. He was so happy that she took notice of him and took him with her.

Shaggy is not chipped and since there were no houses around, he must have been dumped at the beach.

Shaggy is a very friendly and playful little dog. He loves people, kids and is ok with cats.
